2. Orders

Once your order is completed, a confirmation will be sent to your email.
The confirmation includes product details, pricing, billing, and shipping information.
If you notice any errors in the confirmation, please contact us immediately at [email protected]

3. Delivery

Normal delivery time is 1–7 business days.
Please note: Orders placed during weekends will be shipped the following Monday.
If your delivery is delayed and we haven’t informed you of an extended delivery time, contact us via email.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in NOK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, printing errors, or incorrect information

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.

5.1 How to use your right of withdrawal:

Send an email to [email protected] with your name, address, email, order number, and which product(s) you wish to return.
Products must be returned promptly and within the 14-day period.
You are responsible for return shipping, delivery, and the condition of the items. Please return items well-packaged and in original condition.
We reserve the right to deduct a value loss from the refund if the product is used or damaged.

5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Sealed products broken for health/hygiene reasons
  • Audio/video recordings with broken seals
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Completed services with explicit consent
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food)
  • Single issues of newspapers or magazines

6. Complaints & Claims

All products are inspected before shipping. If a product is damaged or incorrect, we will correct the issue at no cost in accordance with Norwegian law.
Please contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
Claims must be submitted immediately after the defect is discovered.

6.1 How to submit a complaint:

Email [email protected] with your name, address, email, order number, and a description of the issue.
If we cannot resolve the issue or replace the item, we will refund you in accordance with applicable law.
We cover return shipping for approved claims.
We reserve the right to reject claims if the product is not defective or damaged. All claims are handled under Norwegian law.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for indirect damages caused by the product.
We are not liable for delays or errors due to circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), such as labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, or supplier issues.
We are not responsible for changes in product features made by suppliers or other external factors.

We reserve the right for any typographical errors and sold-out items.
We do not guarantee that product images reflect exact appearance due to screen settings, photo quality, and resolution.
We always strive to present products as accurately as possible.
